NATIONAL SURVEY ON THE AWARENESS OF THE USE OF FOOD SUPPLEMENTS AMONG PATIENT AND HCP

Due to the high consumption of dietary supplements in Poland, which ranks 3rd in terms of the size of this segment in Europe, as researchers we decided to lead a survey about the state of knowledge of pharmacists, doctors and patients in the use of dietary supplements. We kindly invite you to complete the survey on awareness of the use of dietary supplements. The study is anonymous and the results will be used for research purposes only. It will take you about 10 minutes to complete the questionnaire. The study has the approval of the bioethics committee.
